For 13 years, I belonged to the corporate world and worked in complex and matrix companies with an international environment and different leadership styles. During this journey, I have been witnessing many cases of the workforce suffering from their dissatisfactory experiences at work, and I`m not excluding myself. In 2015, I decided to develop my idea about finding solutions to prevent negativity at work and reverse
the damages it brings, for both individuals and businesses.
