In order to be in good health and in our peak performance, we must seek to be in balance within ourselves beside seeking balance in between ourselves and our surroundings. Overall health includes physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual aspects. When they are in balance and alignment, human beings thrive. Each of these areas of life will influence the others.
There are many processes going on inside our bodies which you may never know about, yet they are vital to our survival. our “bodies” are actually made up of four distinct parts—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual—each body should be balanced—and make up 25% of our wholeness.
When we are in a state of inner balance, our heart and brain are said to be synchronised, level; no hyper or depressed physical, emotional or mental sensations. We are on an even keel, feel grounded, less vulnerable, more positive, reassured and strong. Inner balance feels great, when we have it, but it takes work and maintenance.
